Answer:

Because Brutus is easily manipulated by others, he falls for Cassius's flattery and joins the conspiracy.

Explanation:

Cassius persuasive power made Brutus join the conspiracy. This means Brutus has to renounce his respect for, and friendship with Caesar to kill him, for what he was induced to think is a greater cause: the well being of the nation. This means stopping him from getting too powerful.

The answer is B. Brutus's tragic flaw is easily manipulated by others, he falls for Cassius's flattery and joins the conspiracy.

EXPLANATION

This excerpt is from The Tragedy of Julius Caesar. This is a history play that is written by William Shakespeare in 1599. The Tragedy of Julius Caesar is one of the several plays that is written by Shakespeare. This is based on true stories from Roman history. In this play, Coriolanus, Anthony, and Cleopatra are also included.

The play sets in Rome in 44 BC. The story is focusing on Brutus and his moral dilemma to join a conspiracy led by Cassius in order to kill Julius Caesar. They want to kill Julius Caesar because they do not want Julius Caesar to become the dictator of Rome. After Caesar’s death, Rome then has a period of civil war.

What is the most likely reason Churchill regularly brings up negative details about the war, such as the German victory in the B
Pie

I think the most likely reason Churchill regularly brougth up negative details about the war is:

A. He wants Britain to have realistic expectations about the future.

As a great strategist, Churchill focused on the evidence given by other battles, like the German victory in France, to learn from his enemy. By lying to his people, british army would not be prepared for the battles coming and wold be defeated. Some generals in World War II believed that war would be fougth like World War I, they were not based on any evidence, and were eventually surprised by the new tactics the German developed (like the Blitzkrieg).

Churchill was able to make alliances with the United States and the URSS, so letter B. seems incorrect.

History made clear that Churchill was a great leader that never gave up so letter C. seems incorrect too.

By giving negative details abaout war Germany wouldn't think Britain is weak so letter D is incorrect.

Part A Which lines from the poem best shape the theme that joy can be found in experiencing the natural world? "For oft when on
raketka [301]

The lines in the poem that best shape the theme that joy can be found in experiencing the natural world are:  "Beside the Lake, beneath the trees, /Flittering and dancing in the breeze."  "A poet could not but be gay/ In such a jocund company".  The first lines "Beside the Lake..." depict a natural scenery and the lines that follow: "A poet could not but be gay...", express that the company of nature makes a poet very happy and feel in good company.  The theme is expressed clearly in this set of lines.
