(1) Giving rights to evacuates one's self-imposed barriers and enables one to think all the more comprehensively and appreciate to enjoy greater inner harmony.  

(2) To permit singularity and decent variety while promoting harmony and civil society.

(3) Giving the privilege to rehearse any religion, or none, without obstruction by the state.  

(4) Giving permission for all religions to celebrate all of their happiness and also to offer their distresses commonly.
