<span>I would say peer pressure influence teenagers to end up engaging in drug or alcohol abuse. One other thing is poverty,cause many teenagers end up dropping out of school to work and help provide for their families but some just drop out of school because of use of drugs and end up committing crimes.</span>
The first thing you should do is to check all vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature) refer to the physician in charge of the patient. In this patient who looks pale with a slight grimace on general survey, with irregular and bounding pulses, the differential diagnoses with be: (1) cardiac pathology, (2) hemorrhagic shock, or (3) severe anemia. The attending physician shall be informed immediately for the proper management to be ordered.

Most likely she is suffering from a trauma. According to research, trauma would cause some memory loss most especially the memories associated with the trauma. This is a way for the brain to cope up with the trauma experienced. Also, this memory loss can be temporary or permanent.
