Answer: According to Article 9 of the civil code, by Act of parliament of 17 July 1970, provides that “ Everyone has the right to respect for his or her private life”

Explanation: Everyone is entitled to the right of private life irrespective of their birth, religion affiliations and societal status to oppose the circulation of his or her picture without the permission of the face on the picture. Taking a persons picture whether the person is living or dead is prohibited without the permission of those that are entitled to give it.

This article affect photography as a result that you are not permitted to take or share the photograph of an individual private life in a private place without his or her express permission. It is an offense to take, record, or transmit the picture of an individual in a private entity. The article also provides the court to prevent or stop the invasion of privacy which is linked to an act of publication. The article also gives the court the power to award damages to the victim depending on the degree of fault.
