Answer:

According to the concept of reincarnation, a person would hope to return in a higher caste

Explanation:

The concept of reincarnation is part of the belief system of major religions in the world, but particularly the Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, and other religions.

In essence, what reincarnation states is that the non-physical, non-organic, parts of a living being return to physical, material existence, through the re-acquirement of a physical new body. Basically, the soul, or essence, of the living being, reincarnates in a new body.

Particularly in countries like India, where the topic of castes is so important, and so  serious, the people who belong to higher castes enjoy many more benefits than those in lower ones. This is why, people who believe in reincarnation, especially in India, wish they could reincarnate into something better, which would be becoming a member of the higher castes.

What was President Wilson's main motivation in drafting his Fourteen Points?
Katen [24]
The Fourteen Points was a statement of principles for world peace that was to be used for peace negotiations in order to end World War I. The speech and the points themselves demonstrate the Wilsonian commitment to openness in diplomacy, commerce and the freedom of the seas, and the idea that each national group should have its own state.

View this quote from the decision in marbury v. madison. it is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to
Butoxors [25]

Marbury v. Madison marked the moment that the Supreme Court established itself as a co-equal branch of government.

In Marbury v. Madison, the Supreme Court carved out a space where it declared that it had the ability to review laws to determine whether they were constitutional.

While the Supreme Court rarely knocked a law down as unconstitutional in the 1800s, everyone now knew that they could. This quote, as I have said elsewhere, is the Supreme Court stating that the Judicial branch determines what the law is and isn't.
