Study the cartoon by Signe Wilkinson. A group of turkeys are walking down a one-way lane to a turkey farm. One turkey asks "How

is your health care?" How does satire create meaning in this cartoon? The expressions on the turkeys' faces make it clear that they are not happy with their situation. The turkeys are bigger than the fence, signifying the importance of health care compared to other things. The barn is small compared to the turkeys, showing that turkeys are mistreated by farmers. The turkey heading for slaughter asking about health care critiques current healthcare systems.

The satire is conveyed by the fact that the characters are turkeys heading for slaughter asking about health care, as a critique of current healthcare systems.

The irony is that they are walking to a farm, where they are expecting to be well taken care of, when actually that's where they will be killed for a resource (their meat). The cartoonist's intent is probably to denounce the fact that in the U.S., healthcare is so expensive for the more vulnerable people (like the elderly) that they feel like when they enter a hospital, they have no choice but to surrender their resources for medical care.

It could also be a metaphor: the farmers care very little about their turkeys' healthcare because it costs too much considering they will be slaughtered anyway, the same way the government does not prioritize spending on health coverage for its citizens.

Misha Larkins [42]
During the Elizabethan Era, the social class was divided into six classes as they believe that this is the basis of skills, fame, birth and wealth. During this era, the reactions of the servants' and the musicians' to the death of Juliet would show us that social class, unlike those in the upper classes, those in the lower classes display more maturity spiritually in dealing with death.

The meadow which was covered with yellow, blue and white flowers was a beautiful sight. The native grasses were thriving because the whole area, barring only the pasture had become a registered nature reserve. In fact, it was so pretty that i tried to take a picture, but when i saw that, my phone battery had died. Disappointed, i walked back to the hotel to recharge it.
