Answer:

These are the answer that I used, however it is personal to me so it may not work for you. This is the sort of format needed, so you can just change it up to make it personal to you. :)

.) Something that I am passionate about is cooking. I enjoy learning about the culinary world, trying new recipes, and feeding the people around me. I plan on going into the USCG when I turn 17. After I finish boot camp, I will try for some sort of culinary job while I go to school.

.)   The military is hiring people of such caliber because it creates competition. People who want the position will do whatever it takes to get there. That is what the military is looking for and it is what the people will do in order to achieve their personal goals and push them to become the best they can.

.) It is important to him that they are proud of America and proud of the Navy because the country and the military do so much to keep everyone living free and happy lives. The men and women that working hard in the military to grant people to live free by sacrificing their own lives are people to be very proud of and thankful for. The people playing have dedicated all their hard work to get to the position they earned and should be grateful to be honoring the military by music.

.) Every time a musician performs they get a rush, but the rush is magnified from the people showing how appreciative they are towards the men and woman performing because of what they represent. A time where I have been in a similar situation is when I do my volunteer once a month for CHaD and run half marathons for them in order to raise money for the hospital. People usually come up and share their stories along with saying how thankful they are. Just doing a bunch of events to fundraise money for the children paying for treatments and therapies is a lot for a family that relies on that money to keep their child alive.

.) The unique purpose of the military band for all ceremonies is for everyone to be uplifted and understood due to the music's common language for all.

.) One of those great things would be lots of variation within each week and things changing within a drop of a hat.

.) A band related jobs that aren't the musicians or conductor would be the lighting technician and the jobs are important because without it the performance would be dull. People do not realize the performances lighting until it's not good or error has been made. The lighting people don't get to take a bow at the end, but the people clap louder when it was good, which is the reward for them.

.) The challenges that come with being deployed during certain times of the year would be being separated from their loved ones during the time of year with family and loved ones are so celebrated.
