Every decision from the smallest to the largest is made with the consultation of your life partner. When you are separated, you must accustom yourself to living single. You don't have the constant reassurance of having someone to lean one. This feeling takes getting used to. Hopefully you will not be alone for long

I wrote you a poem.

This isn’t it.

I wrote it in class

Sitting next to you.

Every time your eyes would catch mine

As you glanced for the time

I would write another line

And deep inside

Our connection would grow.

Of course you didn’t know.

I would be listening to the lecture and our eyes would meet

Like strangers on the street

You would ask me for directions

And I would point to me

You would laugh and say

“That’s what not a mean. You’re not a direction.”
