The correct answer is letter B

Council is the same as council and it is a religious meeting. Technically the Council of Trent was the 13th council of the Catholic Church and was called the Ecumenical Council. It took place between the years 1546 to 1563. Convoked by Pope Paul III, in 1546, he met in the Italian Tirol, in the city of Trento. He was also guided by other Popes, Julius III, Paul IV, Pius V, Gregory XIII and Sixtus V, lasting 18 years and completing his work only in 1563. There were 25 plenary sessions, in three different periods (from 1545 to 1547; from 1551 to 1552; and from 1562 to 1563), when all these sessions were solemnly promulgated in public session.

As the movement to renew the Christian Church, the Protestant Reformation of 1517, began in Europe in that 16th century, there was this Catholic reaction, called Counter-Reformation, as a theological, political and military effort of Catholic reorganization and confrontation with Protestantism; and all of its Catholic doctrines were discussed to respond to Protestant doctrinal criticism. The wars and conflicts between Catholics and Protestants also spanned decades, culminating in the atrocious Thirty Years' War that tore through half of Europe, ending only in 1648, with the Peace of Westphalia, and the demarcation of Catholic political and religious territories and borders. and Protestants

Which type of liability does a principal have when it authorizes an agent to engage in an act and the agent intentionally or uni
SashulF [63]

Answer:

Agent misrepresentation

Explanation:

This is when the agent makes a false statement that resulted in formation of contract and later as the contract was based on false statement or misrepresentation of facts, the party of contract will suffer damages. These damages must be compensated by the principal as it is due to agent's misrepresentation of facts who is acting in the best interest of the principal. The principal pay these types of liabilities if the agent has been authorized to act and the damages to the party to contract will be compensated by the principal.

maxonik [38]

Explanation:

Give Tom a verbal warning

Tom works in an international firm. Hanks works as a supervisor and Tom works under Hanks.

Hanks often notices that Tom extends his lunch breaks and most of the time leaves early from office to home. Hanks is not very happy from Tom's such behavior and wants to use a progressive disciplinary method to change Tom's behavior.

So next time when Hank observes Tom doing the same thing leaving early from office and taking long lunch breaks, Hanks should personally give Tom a verbal warning and ask him not to behave in this way.

Thus then answer is "Give Tom a verbal warning".
