The drop can be attributed to the fact that, the students were able to see the commandments or the law which govern their behaviors. So, even if a student was not aware of the law before, he is now. And also, by seeing the commandment daily, there is like a message being passed to the subconscious memory which then guides the students anytime they may want to misbehave. Seeing the commandment almost everyday is serving as a remainder to the students that there are laid down principles and guideline which govern their stay in the school, and breaking these rules will result in disciplinary actions against them.
