to pay $5 for parking. She wrote a check for $42, and made two deposits of $75 each. She also withdrew $200 in cash at an ATM. Which of the following expressions can be used to find the balance in Crystal’s account? Select all that apply.
280 + 5(5) + (–42) + 2(–75) + (–200)
280 + 5(–5) + (–42) + 2(75) + (–200)
280 + 5(–5) – 42 + 2(75) – 200

C 280 + 5(–5) – 42 + 2(75) – 200

She wrote a check for $42, and made two deposits of $75 each. She also withdrew $200 in cash at an ATM. Which of the following expressions can be used to find the balance in Crystal’s account? Answer:

 • 160 ft (out from the river)
 • 320 ft (parallel to the river)

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x represent the length of fence parallel to the river. Then the dimension of perpendicular to the river will be half the remaining fence: (640-x)/2. The total area will be ...

 A = x(640-x)/2

This is the equation of a parabola that opens downward. It has zeros at x=0 and x=640, so its axis of symmetry is x = (0+640)/2 = 320. That is, the peak of the area curve is found when x=320.

The dimensions of the garden with the largest area are 160 ft wide by 320 ft long, where the long side is the river side.

Harman [31]
I feel like the answer is

10h = 110

although it's so simple that I'm not even sure it would be considered an equation.

I got the answer because she works, in total, 10 hours a week. She makes $130 a week, but since $20 comes from the dog walking, you have to do 130 minus 20 which is 110. That's what I did anyway.
