President George H.W. Bush's New World Order espoused in a way where he used it to define what the world would look like after the Cold War, a world where he hoped there would be a huge collective power between countries, that was one of the biggest powers the world had ever seen. He used this often and it was a very detailed view of the New World Order, but restricted, which he used during his foreign policy for his relations with the Soviet Union and the Gulf War. But if that's TOO complicated....I think it's C
