The correct option is it would be most helpful to consider both characters’ reactions to the suitors.

Further Explanation:

The story of Odysseus's journey and returning to his place and his wife covers the whole of the Greek epic "Odysseus". During the absence of Odyssey, several suitors arrived at his place to marry his wife and acquire the kingdom. At the same time, the journey of Odyssey involved many adventures experiences. With his bravery and wit, he was able to return to his place. For twenty years, Penelope has fooled the suitors. The suitors continued to wait and urged that unless she would choose anyone of them, they will not leave the place. It was at this point of time that competition was organized and whoever would win it would be able to marry Penelope. The competition was to bend Odysseus' bow and shoot an arrow out of it. This was a task which can only be performed by Odysseus. After Odysseus won the competition, along with his son Telemachus he killed all the suitors. This was a change which can be analyzed in the actions of Odysseus and Penelope in the course of the epic. Until the absence of Odysseus, the suitors were given the utmost hospitality but after his arrival, they all were killed. At the end of the epic, Penelope and Odysseus united after a long period of time.

It would be most helpful to consider both characters’ reactions to the suitors. Option C is correct.

In Homer's Odyssey, Penelope is the wife of Odysseus, who is known for her fidelity to Odysseus while he was absent, despite having many suitors.

Odysseus is a legendary Greek king of Ithaca and the hero of Homer's epic poem the Odyssey. He is son of Laërtes and Anticlea, husband of Penelope and father of Telemachus and Acusilaus.
