Philip Caputo wanted the romance of war, bayonet charges, and desperate battles against impossible odds during the Vietnam War. hilip Caputo imagined himself charging up a beachhead, like John Wayne in Sands of Iwo Jima (1949), and this led him to join the Marines to fight in Vietnam. Michael Herr commented on the performance of `grunts' when they knew that there was a camera crew nearby and how they imitated the stars of war movies. So powerful were cinematic images of battle that soldiers acted as though they were on the screen according to Herr.

Answer:

Every story has a storyteller, or narrator, and is told from a point of

view. When the narrator is also a story character, the story is told from

the first-person point of view. If the narrator tells the story and never

takes part in the action, the story is told from the third-person point

of view. Once a narrator refers to himself or herself as I, you know

immediately that the story is told in the first person. Here are some

examples of types of narration:

dsp73

Answer:

The answer is option D.

Explanation:

A modifier expression is a gathering of words that depict a thing or pronoun in a sentence. The descriptive word in a modifier expression can show up toward the begin, end, or amidst the expression. The descriptive word expression can be set previously, or after, the thing or pronoun in the sentence. Lexicons for the most part mark "how" as a qualifier, however one gets into troubles when one needs to demonstrate that it is a verb modifier. Qualifiers adjust a few other word classes as verbs, descriptors, intensifiers, even sentences. The most straightforward meaning of a descriptor is that it is a word that portrays or illuminates a thing. Descriptors portray things by giving some data around a protest's size, shape, age, shading, inception or material. It's a major table.

What do the stage directions reveal about the motives for the behavior of Thomas Putnam and Reverend Parris? Cite specific detai
bonufazy [111]

Hello. You did not show the stage directions to which the question refers, which makes it impossible for it to be answered. However, I will try to help you in the best possible way.

Stage directions are instructions from the author of a play about how the actors should act, move and what emotion or idea they must convey through the performance. In this case, it is only possible to know what the instructions indicate about the two characters, by reading these instructions. A stage direction, for example, can show that the actor must show nervousness, or distrust in a certain scene, which shows that the character behaves with nervousness and mistrust.
