Answer: Independent variable.

Explanation:

An independent variable is controlled by Erickson and colleagues during this experiment. They can change the exercise at any time and control the course of the experiment. The exercise experience can be manipulated by using the independent variable.

Independent variables are used in 3 different ways, such as:

  1. Statistical modeling
  2. Experimental sciences
  3. Mathematical modeling

The difference between independent and dependent is that one can be manipulated (independent) and the other has the expectation of changes.

Which of the three components of Donald Noel's (1968) "Noel Hypothesis" do you think is most significant in leading to some type
Kay [80]

Out of three conditions that Donald Noel suggest in "Noel Hypothesis", which are ethnocentrism, competition and the differential in power ethnic or racial, I think the most important is competition. Human beings create ranks in ethnic groups by competing. For example when Irish came to America (1820-1860), they competed with other group to gain positions in society and some of them followed the bad way creating the Irish mob and some entered the police force which gave this group a better status then the Italian mob overcome the Irish mob. It is just an example of how ethnic groups compete to survive and society moves into stratification.

I think there is power and inequality between groups and this leads to prejudice and discrimination. The groups that are suffering more are vulnerable groups like women, elderly and children. Here is Peru there is a great problem with women being killed. It is insane but the number of these cases is going up every year. When women go to the police station do denounce their partners, police officers don't pay them attention to what they say and in many cases they don't do anything. Most of the time women are killed by their partners in Peru. Women are afraid to denounce their partners too.

Use the demographic transition model to explain briefly Europe’s development as a source of international migrants between 1800
irina1246 [14]

Europe was a major source of migrants because of the diminishing returns for the middle class in the mainland.

Explanation:

Europe had been colonizing new lands throughout the century and the condition at the home had been worsening for the middle class who sometimes found it better off to either move to a colony or to switch to another nation.

Thus, mass migrations happened especially towards the New World.

This was also the time of migrations to Australia New Zealand and other nations that were settled by Europeans who were in search of a better life.

This environment may have a negative effect on her brain development. Such environments can cause stress or fear, which impairs brain development. Also, studies have shown that these stressful environments can cause learning disabilities and delay a child’s development (National Scientific Council on the Developing Child). Harvard published a writing on this from the source mentioned, I recommend you check it out for this question.
