Answer:

The Scopes Monkey Trial is also called The Scopes Trial. This scope was prosecuted in 1925 by a science teacher John Scopes for the teaching evolution in the school Tennessee public school which further made an illegal bill.

Scopes was not sure that he taught the subject clearly and right but he was sure that the material that he has been used is related to the evolution. But later on, John was charged for violating the Butler Act.

Answer:

The Scopes Hearing, popularly named to as The System of Tennessee v. John Thomas Scopes and generally referred to as Scopes Monkey Court, had been an American prosecution in July 1925 during which a high school instructor, John T. Scopes, was charged with breaching Tennessee's Butler Act, which had rendered it illegal to educate human development at any government-funded classroom.

The court was purposely designed to draw attention to the tiny town of Dayton, Tennessee where it took place. Scopes was uncertain as to if he had once personally learned science, but he deliberately perjured himself because the trial would have a complainant.

The trial highlighted the Fundamentalist – Modernist dispute that put Modernists, who claimed development was not incompatible with religion, against Extremists, who argued that the God's word as expressed in the Scriptures took precedence over all rational awareness.

ANSWER: The exclusionary rule states that any evidence that is obtain illegally, (i.e without a warrant) and any statements obtained through an illegal interrogation, which violate the Fourth, Fifth, or Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution, will not be an acceptable evidence at a criminal trial in the court.

This exclutionary rule applies only to criminal case and not to civil case. Because John Bratton has a murder case charge, which are the dead bodies found in his properties. John Bratton's case is a civil case, and all evidence filed with his case should be admissible in the court of law.

Sara Sutton will not be charged for illegally selling gun, but will be charged for being a sole sponsor of a civil crime case charged against Bratton. This will make Sara Sutton to be prosecuted along side with Bratton, in the case.

If Sara Sutton is charged for illegally selling of guns, it will be a criminal case which will not be admissible by the court, due to exclusionary rule, because the police got their evidence without a search warrant.

John Bratton will not be charged for drug abuse offense, which is a criminal case, because all evidence provided will not be accepted due to exclusionary rule. Stankowitcz has busted into Bratton's apartment without a search warrant.
