Athens is the city that reflects a Greek influence. It is simply because Athens used to be part of Greece.

EXPLANATION:

However, Athens played a significant role in Greek history:

1. The Importance of Athens in Greek History

For three ancient countries, twentieth-century people owed incalculable debts. We owe most of our religious understanding for Jews; we owe traditions and models in the administration, law, and general management of human affairs that still retain their influence and value to the Romans; and ultimately, we owe almost all of our ideas about the foundations of philosophy, art, and literature, in fact, from almost all of our intellectual life to the Greek.

However, these Greeks immediately taught us our history, not forming a single unified nation. Greeks decided to live in many more or less important "city-states", and some of these biggest ones make a very little direct contribution to our civilization. Greek civilized life, for centuries, when it reached the most, was specifically centered in Athens. Greek history would fail three-quarters of its significance, and modern life and assumed would be even poorer without Athens.

2. Social Life of Athens

Athens' contributions to our own lives are very important because they touch on almost every side of " the true, the beautiful, and the good," it is clear that the outside conditions under which the genius of Athens developed deserve our respect. For people like Plato, Sophocles, and Phidias who were certainly not isolated creatures, who developed their genius regardless of, or detached from, the life around them, but rather was a mature product of society, whose strengths and weaknesses present several images and the most interesting example in the world.

To understand the civilization and genius of the Athenians, it is not enough to simply know its history, wars, laws, and legislators. Athena was able to produce so many genius men who ruled to win a place for it in the history of civilization that would never disappear from it.

shepuryov [24]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although there are no options attached, we can say the following.

The first test case for Reconstruction took place on Sea Island or Port Royal in South Carolina in 1861, where the Union Army tried to redistribute land to the freedmen.

We are talking about a moment in the history of the United States in 1861, when the Union Army invaded and capture Sea Island, in South Carolina. There they established a project called "Port Royal Experiment." The Union made this place a work center for former slaves that worked the farm fields that had been left behind by southern landlords. Historians think that 9000 to 10,000 black people stayed on the island when white people abandon it due to the Civil War.

What civil rights and civil liberties remain unprotected or in jeopardy today?
il63 [147K]
Despite the wide range of change that came all throughout the years with regards to civil rights and liberties, there are still people who do not enjoy the rights that some people enjoy today. The problem in meeting the needs of subsistence didn't leave the underdeveloped and developing countries after all the wars. Countries should give their priority to people's welfare, not on the maximization of armaments and research on military technology. The state should always uphold the rights of its constituents at all times.
