Researchers found that soaking in a hot bath for hours can burn calories, can have positive anti-inflammatory effect and blood sugar response which can protect against infections and diseases. it is also very affordable because it can be done at the comfort of our homes when compared to other stress relief products.

Soaking in warm water also relieves tension in sore muscles when blood flow is increased, because soaking in warm water opens up the blood vessels making blood to flow easily through the body.
