What is your reaction to the thought that Leonardo da Vinci may have been given credit for so long for work that was not his? Do

Answer:

My original reaction was surprise, but as I looked more into it, I found that it was difficult for people to find who the original creator of art was back then. There isn't much one could do, since they didn't avoid his name on purpose, they just weren't able to find who it was that created the painting. In todays time, it is still difficult to find the original artist, but is much easier than it was back then.

my reaction would be the most basic one : "thats not fair"

but when you really think about it, its not that uncommon. Many of the greatest scientest and inventors themselvesadmit that they're work is based off of the ones before them. so its not hard to believe.

i think in this case the credit should be given to the real creators.
