The fourth alternative is correct (D).

Globalization is an economic and cultural phenomenon that has transformed labor relations, production and marketing of goods and services around the world. The sustainability of globalization has been through the development of information and communication technologies that have connected the markets, reducing operational costs and the importance of regional barriers. This phenomenon has opened space for the emergence of new consumer markets, products and new forms of business.

Martha's case is a typical example of the impact of globalization. Even though she lives in the US, she can hire an office in Beijing and handle her business through communication tools without the need to travel. This is best described in item (D): "However, she began to think of hiring a web designer from Asia to cut costs".

explain how consumer sovereignty operates in a marketplace to determine the success or failure of an entrepreneur
meriva

In the market place entrepeneurs compete for the dollar of the consumers. They are willing to interchange goods or sevices for money. The success or failure of an entrepreneur depends on how consumers approve or disapprove the products or services offered by entrepreneurs. If the product or service is seen as good or high quality then that entrepreneur will surely have high demand and will continue in the market place. If the product or service is seen as bad or bad quality then that entrepreneur will disappear.

Anni [7]

An example of due process of law is guaranteed by the fifth amendment is:

B. Being given a fair trial before a jury.

Further explanation

The Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution allows defendants to have the right to a fair trial and protects them against the government. Be able to have a jury trial is not the only right that the fifth amendment provides. It allows two other important things too such as:

 • the prohibition to be judged twice for the same crime;
 • to have to testify against oneself.

A jury is a group of citizens, randomly selected from the population to attend a trial and then make a final decision on the case. Once chosen, the citizen has to fulfill this role as a duty. The juries usually consist of 12 citizens. They are allowed to ask questions to the accused to make the best decision. Then, the jury will debate and decide the accused is guilty or not.

This right is a great democratic advance. It protects American citizens from corruption. The judgments made by one man, who may be wrong or decide to make the wrong decision, are more likely to be unfair than collective judgments.

View this quote from the decision in marbury v. madison. it is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to
Butoxors [25]

Marbury v. Madison marked the moment that the Supreme Court established itself as a co-equal branch of government.

In Marbury v. Madison, the Supreme Court carved out a space where it declared that it had the ability to review laws to determine whether they were constitutional.

While the Supreme Court rarely knocked a law down as unconstitutional in the 1800s, everyone now knew that they could. This quote, as I have said elsewhere, is the Supreme Court stating that the Judicial branch determines what the law is and isn't.
