An example of due process of law is guaranteed by the fifth amendment is:

B. Being given a fair trial before a jury.

Further explanation

The Fifth Amendment to the US Constitution allows defendants to have the right to a fair trial and protects them against the government. Be able to have a jury trial is not the only right that the fifth amendment provides. It allows two other important things too such as:

 • the prohibition to be judged twice for the same crime;
 • to have to testify against oneself.

A jury is a group of citizens, randomly selected from the population to attend a trial and then make a final decision on the case. Once chosen, the citizen has to fulfill this role as a duty. The juries usually consist of 12 citizens. They are allowed to ask questions to the accused to make the best decision. Then, the jury will debate and decide the accused is guilty or not.

This right is a great democratic advance. It protects American citizens from corruption. The judgments made by one man, who may be wrong or decide to make the wrong decision, are more likely to be unfair than collective judgments.

The phrase mentions in the 5th Amendment of the United States asserts that a person should not be denied of living, freedom, or business, without the trial of due process of law.

Further Explanation:

Due process is the constitutional provision that the country must recognize all legal virtues which are owed to an individual. When a government cripples a person without comprehending the specific requirement of the law, this commissions a due process infringement, which prompts the rule of law. In the United States, several Amendments to the Constitution have the procession of due process clause. It also commands with the administration of justice and therefore the due process clause operates as a safeguard from discretionary dismissal of life, freedom, or wealth by the authority outside the sanction of law.

The Supreme Court of the United States renders the clauses broadly, assuming that these clauses present four protections: procedural due process, substantive due process, an interdiction upon imprecise laws, and as the channel for the establishment of the Bill of Rights.

Istanbul's Dolmabaçe Palace, built near the end of the Ottoman Empire, rests on a former garden that was created in the eighteen
Gwar [14]

Answer: It is not perfectly inelastic, but close to it.

Explanation:

The thing that the Dolmabaçe Palace teach us about the elasticity of supply of land is that it's not perfectly inelastic, but close to it.

It should be noted that supply is said to be price inelastic when a change in the price results in a smaller percentage change in the supply. It thereby means that the price elasticity of supply is less than one. Even though the supply of land in relation to the Dolmabace palace isn't really perfectly inelastic,it is really close to that.

The red line between Missouri and the Arkansas Territory is significant because "the line established a boundary to keep the slave states and the free states balanced in Congress".

In 1820 the Missouri Compromise was negotiated in the United States due to opposition over the unification of the new states from the Louisiana purchase between the free northern states and slave southern states of the United States. The conflict was basically on balancing the two states in Congress.

The compromise was contained with following points like: Missouri would become a slave State in the United States, Maine would become a free state, Massachusetts independent, In the future, all states to be founded north of 36° 30' north latitude would become free states, which is the southern border of the state of Missouri .
