1.) C - peptic ulcer. Peptic ulcers are sores that develop in the lining of the stomach, lower esophagus, or small intestine. GERD is a digestive disorder; Gingivitis is an inflammation of the gums; Gastritis is an inflammation of the lining of the stomach.

2.) D - bladder cancer. Smokers are 4 to 7 times more likely to develop bladder cancer than nonsmokers. Alcohol and smoking do not directly cause kidney stones so I guess kidney stones is out of the choices.

Nephron return essential substances such as glucose, amino acids, water, and salt to thecapillaries that surround the nephron.
