Background Information: -Seeking out mental, emotional, and social help when you need it is an important step to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. -Good places to find medically accurate advice can start from your school or from your family doctor. -Many schools offer counselors and psychologists, and trusted teachers can often point students in the best direction. -Many communities have clinics and mental health centers where individuals can seek out help as well. Some communities also offer alcohol and drug counseling.
