Answer:

Paraphasing in the above text is incorrect.

Explanation:

Whenever you paraphrase your text, it is necessary that, after the paragraph ends, you reference the source where you found the idea presented. This reference must be placed in parentheses, where you will put the author's last name and the year of publication of the source.

In the example above, although the individual who wrote the paraphrase had the intention of referring to the source where he found this idea, the reference was presented incorrectly, making the paraphrase a plagiarism.

An air mass changes _____.
nikklg [1K]

The correct answer is C, as an air mass changes the weather of the area over which it moves.

An air mass is defined as a large portion of air, with a horizontal extension of several hundred kilometers, whose physical properties, especially temperature, moisture content and vertical temperature gradient, are more or less uniform.

Between two air masses fronts are formed, which can have different temperatures.

The cold front is a band of instability that occurs when a mass of cold air approaches a hot air mass. The cold air, being more dense, generates a "wedge" and gets under warm and less dense air.

The cold fronts move quickly. They are strong and can cause atmospheric disturbances such as thunderstorms, squalls, tornadoes, strong winds and short snowstorms before the cold front passes, accompanied by dry conditions as the front advances.

The warm front is the front of a warm air mass that moves to replace a cold air mass. Generally, with the passage of the warm front the temperature and humidity increase, the pressure drops and although the wind changes it is not as pronounced as when a cold front passes.

An occluded front is formed when a slower moving hot front is followed by a cold front with faster displacement. The cold wedge-shaped front reaches the hot front and pushes it upwards. The two fronts continue moving one behind the other and the line between them is what forms the occluded front.

Finally the stationary front is a limit between two air masses, of which none is strong enough to replace the other.

If the writer paraphrases an opinion that she has read rather than reached independently, she is not required to cite the source
andrezito [222]
This statement is false.
Any time a writer paraphrases something he or she read somewhere, it means that he or she is paraphrasing somebody else's words, which means that person has to be credited for it. If the writer reached an opinion independently, then they wouldn't have to cite the source, but otherwise, they do, if they want to avoid plagiarism.

Write a narrative essay in about 150 words essay about loyalty.
mafiozo [28]

Answer:

What even is loyalty? The book definition of loyalty is "

the quality of being loyal." What is loyal? Loyal is "giving or showing firm and constant support or allegiance to a person or institution." Loyalty is definitely one of the strongest traits someone needs to have. How can you leave your wallet around an unloyal person? How could you marry an unloyal person? Being loyal is definitely something that sticks around in jobs, friendships, family, siblings, and relationships. Promising your loyalty does nothing, it's all about actions and how you will prove your loyalty. In jobs, being loyal to your coworkers and not spreading lies, stealing, and just creating conflict is a definite necessity. Sleeping at night knowing your significant other isn't doing anything bad behind your back is also a form a loyalty. Its about the trust you put into a person or thing, and how they prove it to you. Have you ever broken your promise of loyalty?

Explanation:

hihi hoping this is good enough, 160 words even.
