After 2005, the project blossomed into a nationwide campaign to involve kids in the food-growing and production process. The program lets school kids of varying ages grow their fruits and vegetables. Then, it teaches them interesting and simple recipes. Can you imagine the joy kids experience in every stage when growing their food? First, they plant the seed. Then, they watch the plant grow as they take care of it. Finally, they pick the fruits and eat them. Besides, farming has other benefits: it relieves stress and it helps kids stay fit and connect with the community. Gardening or farming can also be fun for adults and teenagers. Thus, people of all ages can enjoy it.
