Answer:

Captain Preston was guilty because they fired upon disorganized and unarmed people so I believe they are in the wrong. Captain Preston says that the soldiers were confused but if he was right behind them then they could clearly hear him say "fire". So, Captain Preston was in charge of his men the whole time and that means that he was responsible for the incident.

Which prop would be most appropriate on the set of Brighton Beach Memoirs to indicate that the play takes place in 1937? a black
marin [14]

Answer:

The most appropriate choice on the set of Brighton Beach Memoirs to indicate that the play takes place in 1937 would be:

a black-and-white photograph of the New York Yankees

Explanation:

To understand this answer we need to evaluate the rest of them. First of all, none of them would be black and white in an era of black and white pictures. Second, the pitcher filled with lemonade would not indicate the time. Third, the wood-burning stove would be from an earlier time and the color television would be from a more recent time, also both would not match their own time. Therefore, the picture is the correct answer.

What is the approximate Latitude/longitude of center of the Lava Dome in the 1980 crater
aivan3 [116]

Answer:

"The longitude of the Lava Dome in the 1980 crater 122^013^' and latitude is 46^012^'"

Explanation:

Latitude is the first number and the second number is the longitude. When we talk about the equator it is  0°. The north point is always written in the positive number and the south points are written as the negative numbers. In either direction it has to move in 90 degree. 0° longitude is the prime meridian. The latitude lines are parallel whereas the non parallel lines are the longitude. Meridians are the imaginary lines.

irina [24]

Answer:

The short-term benefits of clearing rainforest areas include: land for agriculture, houses and roads. jobs for local workers in road building, logging, agriculture, mining and construction. the generation of income (often in valuable foreign currency) for the LEDC when wood, minerals, and other resources are sold. The rainforest provides many resources to support economic development. If it is not available for future generations then this development will be limited; Tropical rainforests help reduce global warming through CO2 being absorbed.
