Answer:

The answer is below

Explanation:

The amount of power dissipated by a processor is given by the formula:

P = fCV²

Where f = clock rate, C = capacitance and V = Voltage

For the old version of processor with a clock rate of f, capacitance C and voltage of V, the power dissipated is:

P(old) = fCV²

For the new version of processor with a clock rate of 20% increase = (100% + 20%)f = 1.2f, capacitance is the same = C and voltage of 20% increase = 1.2V, the power dissipated is:

P(new) = 1.2f × C × (1.2V)² = 1.2f × C × 1.44V² =1.728fCV² = 1.728 × Power dissipated by old processor

Hence, the new processor is 1.728 times (72.8% more) the power of the old processor

One form of competition-based pricing is going-rate pricing, inwhich a firm bases its price largely on competitors' prices, with
Kobotan [32]

Answer:

Out of the four options , the option that is most suitable  is

option b. Cost, demand

<u>cost</u> or to <u>demand</u>

Explanation:

Going rate pricing is a form of competition based pricing. This pricing is commonly used for homogeneous products i.e., products with very minute distinction or variation among producers.

This type of pricing is based on setting price on the basis of the prevailing market trends in pricing of goods or services, so, the prices are largely based on the competition in the market rather than considering its own cost and demand.

(PYTHON HOMEWORK)Given the following code snippet, which statement tests to see if all three sets are equal?:
wariber [46]

Answer:

Option D is the correct answer to the following question.

Explanation:

The following option is correct because three sets type variable i.e., "fruit", "fruit2", "fruit3" has contain the same values in it and then they ask for the option is correct if the all are equal and in the option c, there is the if statement in which check the condition if the variable "fruit" is equal to the variable "fruit2" and the variable "fruit" is equal to the variable "fruit3".

so, that' why the following option is correct.

The option A is not correct because there is no equal function in python and we use the operator == to check the condition.

The option B is incorrect because we can see that there is not equal to (!=) operator.

The option D is incorrect because we can see that there is an or operator are used which means if any of the conditions is true then, they return either the other condition is false.

Which of the following connects the processor to the chipset and memory on the motherboard? a. Thread b. FSB c. BIOS d. ALU
IRISSAK [1]

Answer:

The correct Answer is (b) FSB

Explanation:

The chipset is the "superglue" that bonds the microprocessor to the rest of the motherboard and so to the rest of the computer. On a computer, it consists of two basic parts -- the Northbridge and the southbridge. All of the numerous modules of the computer communicate with the CPU over the chipset.

The northbridge joins straight to the processor via the front side bus (FSB). A memory controller is situated on the northbridge, which gives the CPU fast access to the memory. The northbridge also attaches to the AGP or PCI Express bus and to the memory himself.
