The resident is both the primary source of information about himself and the most important role in any interdisciplinary group working in his recovery. Given that the nurse assistant's role is to meet all the resident's needs, being able to thoroughly understand those needs it´s necessary. Even if some residents have cognitive impairments that become an obstacle to effective communication, keeping interactions short and simple might be useful.
I believe the answer they are looking for is a 70year old would be covered by medicare as oppose to a 55year old with disablity would be covered by medicaid
