The answer is <u>"External factors are easy to control".</u>

Flexibility alludes to the range of movement in a joint or arrangement of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to incite a twisting development or movement.

Internal factors are harder to control in that you would need to alter your body to transform them, however this should be possible now and again. You can stretch to protract your muscles and ligaments, yet it will require some serious energy and exertion. There are a considerable measure of outer variables that you can control, for example, the temperature of the room or your body, your duty to the extending, or what garments you wear. In any case, there are some outer variables that you can't control, for example, your age, your sexual orientation, or your body's rate and capacity to recuperate joints or muscles.

#1) Flexibility can be influenced by internal and external factors. In a paragraph, summarize which type of factor you feel is easier to control.
Answer: The factor that is easier to control is the external factor. Externally, anything from the weather outside to the age of the performer can affect flexibility. General tissues and collagen change with age influencing the individual. Even basic things such as clothing and equipment can affect a performance. Dance surfaces and lack of proper shoes can also affect a performer's ability to perform at his/her best.

One way of conceptualizing wellness is to envision a(n):__________
ruslelena [56]

Answer:

Option B.

Explanation:

One way of conceptualizing wellness is to envision a continuum between severe illness and optimal health, also known as the The Illness-Wellness Continuum. The illness- wellness continuum was first proposed by John Travis in the year 1972. It can be illustrated as below;

Premature death<------ neutral point -----------> high level wellness.

As you can see from above the illness-wellness continuum shows the relationship describing well-being. The right arrow points to high level wellness and the left arrow points to premature death.

The illness-wellness continuum has a neutral point which means that there is no discernable illness or wellness.
