Which verb form best completes this conversation? Eric: ¡Qué frío¡ Estamos a 8ºC. Y mañana la temperatura bajará a 1ºC. Pedro: _
9966 [12]

Right answer: hará

In this case, the Spanish verb hacer refers to weather conditions or atmospheric temperature.

In this way the verb hacer in its many conjugations works as an impersonal verb, that is, it is conjugated in the third person in singular, without any reference to the subject.

This means it is not necesary the subject in a sentence with these conditions.

In addition, at the beginning of the conversation, Eric uses the word mañana (tomorrow), that means we have to conjugate the verb hacer in future tense as hará.

According to this rule, the correct option is

Hará mucho frío

It will be very cold

Anoche los Díaz (1. dar) una fiesta para celebrar el aniversario de Marisela y Roberto.
Kryger [21]

Answer:

Anoche los Díaz dieron una fiesta para el aniversario de Marisela y Roberto.

Ellos se casaron en 1997.

Hubieron regalos, música, decoraciones y un pastel muy rico.

La casa estaba muy ordenada porque la señora Díaz pasó todo el día arreglándolo todo.

Cecilia iba a servir una paella clásica pero el día anterior decidió preparar un menú más informal.

En fin, la fiesta fue todo un éxito.

Eran las once (11 pm) cuando salieron/se fueron los invitados.

Explanation:

dar is give, but in this case is use to host (dar una fiesta: host a party). casarse is the present action of marry, casarse is in past (1997). Haber is present, hubieron is in past (kept in mind that the party was last night [anoche: last night]). Iba is past of Ir (go) and so on.

The only doubt i have is the n°10, is writen "salir" but you don't "exit a party", you left a party, so this was a mistake from your teacher. I used SALIERON 'cause is more accurate to SALIR, but it's sounds weird (I'm a native spanish speaker) SE FUERON is more accurate, it means "they left".
