A- Hot spot volcano

B- Underwater volcano

C- Volcano from melted crust

D- Magma

Volcanoes on earth form from rising magma, magma rises in three different ways. (D)

Hot spots, hot areas of Earth, heat up magma. The magma becomes less dense and rises, causing a hot spot volcano. (A)

Magma rises when pieces of Earths crust, tectonic plates, move away from each other. The magma rises to fill in the space, when this happens underwater volcanoes form. (B)

When tectonic plates move toward each other, parts of earths crust can be forced into its interior. The heat and pressure cause the crust to melt and and rise as magma, causing a volcano from melted crust. (C)

Please look at the diagram below.

D is the rising magma, which is hot and is a molten rock.
B, as you can see, is an underwater volcano and is rising from the underground and the crater, vents, and fissures are inside the water.
A is a hotspot volcano, as it is present on the earth surface and is not an oceanic volcano.
C is the volcano from the melted crust.

What chemicals regulate the cell cycle how do they work?
Molodets [167]
Cyclins are the chemicals that regulate the cell cycle. Cyclins work by regulating the timing of the cell cycle in eukaryotic cell. Cyclins activates cyclin dependent kinases (CDKs) (an enzyme that works by adding negatively charged phosphate groups to other molecules in a process called phosphorylation) by binding to it to form a cyclin-Cdk complex. This complex then functions by acting as a signal to the cell to move to the next cell cycle phase. At the end of the event, the cyclin is degraded, Cdk is deactivated, therefore signaling exit from a specific phase.
