Just like Cupid, atoms too are primary seeds that make up the world, and just like Cupid, they are naked, because they are not merged into a compound, but rather remain their "innocent" selves. He doesn't use this comparison to prove that Cupid is real (nobody can do that), or to prove he is a child (he is often portrayed as one), or to disprove the existence of atoms (it has been proven already they exist).

We can say that Nora even uses her inferior position to get some power. She acts like a damsel in distress so to challenge him to help her in some meaningless activities in which he will feel like a man in charge, but for the biggest part of the play, she was not aware that using her subordinate position for some little and short term pleasures leaves her in that same position which is just being someone`s mannequin.
