Getting plenty of sleep and exercise will help you to relax and have a calmer outlook on the Finals period. Substituting sleep and exercise to work will make Janelle stressed. Eating more calories to stay mentally alert will have a negative impact afterwards, and eating less food to feel energized isn't healthy, and will not help her feel calm/relaxed.

Among the possibilities you've listed, the most impact on a person's exercise habits will be found in the community. People from our community are the ones who often force us to go and exercise when we usually wouldn't do it ourselves. When we have a supportive community, this makes the difference between working out and not working out sometimes.
