In responding to the client, it is best to have the factual information to be accompanied by emotional support. It is a way of saying that you understand the feelings of the client though there are other alternative and methods in order to urinate even if the bladder is removed. The nurse should say that he or she knows that the client is upset regarding the matter but removing the bladder has alternatives in order for the client to urinate.

Not many people care for their souls. A less percentage of people do, though.
If I was rich, I'd absolutely donate money to needy people. I also think this is what all people should do, because the needy people are humans, like us, and they need food, shelter, and water!
