Answer:

After learning some nutrition truths, I was surprised that many processed food industries lie about the nutrition of their foods. I already believed some false information, but learning will help me to avoid these foods.

Explanation:

Often when faced with some kind of food we see nutritional information on the packaging that states that food is "rich in vitamin E", "source of vitamins", among other information that makes us believe that a particular food will be very good for the diet. nutrition of our body. Well, in some cases (especially in industrialized products) this information is false and is presented in foods made with various chemicals and low nutrition. An example of this are styrofoam noodles and canister juice for children, which promise nutrition but have high levels of sodium and sugar, not to mention the highly artificial composition.

Once we learn about nutrition we better identify this information and foods with little or no nutrition. The result is that we are able to abandon these foods, avoid them, and choose more nutritious options.
