I believe the degrees of freedom in this case is 19. As I understand N is the number of participants as there are 20 students. Subtract one for statistical purposes puts that number at 19. The other option might have to deal with the total number of variables however I believe N is the basis here.

______ protections are in place to minimize political considerations in the job-related process and to ensure government employe
Alona [7]

Answer:

Civil Service protections are in place to minimize political considerations in the job-related process and to ensure government employees are recruited, hired, and promoted based on job qualifications and merit and demoted or dismissed only for cause.

Explanation:

Extraordinary job security is every civil servant’s most cherished perk. New federal hires who survive a three-year probationary period are automatically elevated to “career-appointment” status, the civil-service equivalent of academic tenure. Career appointees cannot be fired without “good cause,” such as gross incompetence, habitual tardiness, or on-the-job beer guzzling.

Since civil servants are considered to “own” their jobs, they are entitled to due process before their property can be seized.

malfutka [58]

Answer:

Personal involvement is important because leadership is about driving people towards the achievement of a goal, and one of the most effective ways of doing so is engaging personally with the people (the employee).

When a leader has personal involvement, the leader inspires more, and gains more trust from employees, meaning that the goals of the team are more likely to be achieved.

Sauron [17]

Answer:

Relativism

Explanation:

Relativism is the theory that holds that morality is relative to the norms of one's culture. That is, whether an action is right or wrong depends on the moral norms of the society in which it is practiced. The same action may be morally right in one society but be morally wrong in another that is to suggest that capital punishment is a different moral question for nomadic peoples living in tents, or other temporary shelters, than it is for societies with maximum security prisons, involves relativism reasoning .
