The climate of the region is influenced by many factors, and the most significant is the latitude. The reason for this is that different latitudes receive a different amount of solar energy.  For example, locations with lower latitudes near the equator receive more sun energy than locations with high latitude farther than the equator. Rain, humidity and wind can be more or less at all latitudes, but the solar energy gradually decreases from low to higher latitudes, so that at distant locations from the equator, this amount is drastically reduced.

The answer is sun.

STALIN [3.7K]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Although you did not provide options, we can say the following.

The training method that emphasizes the immersion approach to cross-cultural training is role-playing.

This is a very effective method in continual education training use by the Department of Humans Resources of outside consultants. The role.playing method works because participants learn through acting different roles so they can understand the perspectives of different areas of the company or different ways of thinking if there are people of distinct backgrounds, cultures, and customs. Participants are asked to assume a role and perform a task in a specific situation to know what they would do or how they would react at that moment.

Which budgeting questions should Sara ask when deciding whether to rent or buy a house? Check all that apply.
avanturin [10]

All of the alternatives are meaningful, but in budget terms, the first three are the correct answer.

When buying a high-cost asset, such as a car or a home, the consumer must draw up a budget plan to make sure the viability of the business and make sure that it can afford the costs, which are long-term.

In this way, first Sara must decide between the advantages of renting or buying. This is an analysis that may involve subjective issues beyond the financial aspect. For example, the choice of the neighborhood and the city, plans of change of country, etc.

If Sara is renting, or mainly, if she buys the house, Sara needs to make sure that her monthly budget is sufficient for the costs, even in case of any setback.

Of course, the initial cost must be observed, but this is an easier analysis, since it is the present value of its resources.
