There are several factors which make the prevention of cyberbullying is hard to be done. They are: disbelieving that cyberbullying causes serious harm, convincing others that cyberbullying is harmless, refusing to take responsibility to stop cyberbullying, using technology to participate in cyberbullying.

EXPLANATION:

Cyberbullying is a kind of bullying which occurs online and digitally. It can happen to anyone or everyone. Cyberbullying happens in children’s mobile phones, internet, computers, video games, and tablets. The cyberbullies will post, send, or share harmful, negative, embarrassing, mean, or content about someone else in social media (F a c e b o o k, I n s t a g r a m, T w i t t e r, S n a p c h a t), text or SMS, instant message, video games messages, and email.

Cyberbullying really does happen. The Pew Internet & American Life Project did a research about cyberbullying, and here is the fact about cyberbullying based on that research:

• 95% of US teenagers age 12-17 use smartphone s

• 81% of them use social media and go online

• 45% of them state that they go online constantly

•

Based on that number, the facts about cyberbullying are:

• 59% of the USA teenagers report that they have been assaulted or bullied online

• 1 out of 4 teens become the victims of cyberbullying

• 1 out of 6 teens admit that they cyberbullied others

• Girls are the common victim of cyberbullying rather than boys.

In short, cyberbullying really happens among children and teenagers. Both parents and the school have to take action about this, Yet, some parents or schools don’t believe that cyberbullying can occur and harm the students’ life. Parents don’t monitor well their kids and schools don’t have rules about the restriction on media use.

Answer:

spent with her, I try to think with less bitterness of this act of injustice. She possessed but few slaves; and at her death those were all distributed among her relatives. Five of them were my grandmother's children, and had shared the same milk that nourished her mother's children. Notwithstanding my grandmother's long and faithful service to her owners, not one of her children escaped the auction block.

drek231 [11]

Even though you do not provide the underlined part of the quotation from paragraph 10, the answer to this question is quite easy to pinpoint due to advanced knowledge of the English language.

The best sentence is the one which offers a syntactic inversion, because it is the one that produces a more emphatic result. And being that the main purpose of inversions, it seems quite an obvious pick.

So, the final answer for this question is:

B) ‘seldom does a sight more grand and more striking meet a person’s eyes, as when he sees the Overland train slowing…’

This sentence provides more emphasis as well as a better and clearer grammatical construction.
