It is B In this case, Colin would be MOST likely to file a lawsuit in a civil court. Murphy did not necessarily commit a criminal offense, so a civil court could be asked to hear this case.

Tony is a typically developing student in preschool. He learned to discriminate between a circle and a triangle in 3 trials. His
andreev551 [17]

Answer:

The best answer to the question: How many trials might Jay require to perform the same task, would be: at least 30 trials.

Explanation:

Commonly speaking an intellectual disability is diagnosed when an IQ test is administered and the results show a score lower than 70. This means that a person´s perceptual, learning and understanding capacities, as well as cognition, will be less rapid than those with higher IQ scores.

Seeing a figure like a circle and a triangle, diferentiating them, learning their differences and understanding those differences, depends on the mental acuity and the fast processing and integrating centers in the brain. Jay, who has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability, which means his IQ is below 70, will take a lot more trials to differentiate a circle from a triangle, than Tony, because these shapes are particularly complex, and require the engagement of processing centers that will take longer in Jay to engage. Thus, he will need at least 10 times more tries than Tony to learn the difference between the two figures.

xeze [42]

Answer: Katrina and Sharon are exemplifying B. the play stage.

Explanation: According to George Herbert Mead, during the play stage, children imitate their parents' actions. In the case of little girls, they tend to pretend to carry out the household chores that, in general, their mothers perform. This is what Katrina and her friend Sharon exemplify because they pretend to wash and iron as their mothers do it at home. Mead also describes this stage as the one in which children do not follow the rules of the games they are playing.

How might an entire insect be preserved
kenny6666 [7]

Put the specimen into the jar and seal it. Leave the insect in the jar until its appendages will move freely. Then pin the specimen, spread it in the desired shape, and allow it to dry. ... Small, soft-bodied insects would soon dry out and shrivel or become distorted if not preserved in alcohol.
