The correct answer is:

Sample Response: The author shows that the invention of the bicycle led to a change in women's clothing. At first, women wore big dresses that were dangerous to ride in. Then, bloomers were created, but they were not very popular. Over time, women stopped wearing corsets and started wearing shorter dresses, which helped them ride.

Hope it helps!

Women's clothing changed to make it easier for women to ride a bicycle. Their heavy, full petticoats (big fluffy skirts worn under their dress to puff out the skit) were getting caught in the spokes of the bike wheels, so women started wearing fewer layers. They also started wearing puffy bloomers (undershorts) under their skirts instead, so that they could be on the bike with less material floating around.

oksian1 [2.3K]

Answer:

The pre-writing process involves the organisation (C) and the ideas (D) included in the writing process.

Explanation:

The formation of the ideas are very necessary when the author is preparing to write on a particular theme or the topic. These ideas are further organised with the help of sentences and right words which suits the flow and the content of the writing.
