For example, dystopian weather would be murky, bleak, foggy, or rainy; the colors used will be similar: dark blue, gray, black, etc. would all be colors used in a dystopian world.

To prove that, he says “In the past decade more scientific knowledge has been created than in all of human history.” Since we are so advance, we don't need to be observers "of the dance of Nature". We have moved “from being passive observers of Nature to being active choreographers of Nature.” We are no longer discovering, now we are creating. Conserning future predictions Kaku says to listen to "those who create it".
