The organelles that help to capture energy from the sun is called photosynthesis. Photosynthesis helps the plant make food necessary for the plants survival! I hope this helps oh I guess I should add more. Inside the leaves of a pant there are little sacks full of chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is the green pigment that makes food from the sunlight!
