<span>During the recent financial crisis, many financial managers and corporate officers have been criticized for (c) Large salaries. This criticism is certainly justified given that most executives received exorbitant compensation despite a plunge in the value of their companies. Thus, their salaries are not justifiable as they are not serving the needs of the shareholders whose interest they should serve. </span>

Sheila is hosting a large diplomatic event and needs to increase her inventory of dinnerware sets. She has set a $1925 budget an
svp [43]

Answer:

Demand curve for Sheila's plates and cups

Q = 22.5 - \frac{1}{2}P

Explanation:

we have to write the demand function for Shiela's

Q = b - aP

we solve for a solving for the line that cross two points:

\frac{P_2-P_1}{Q_2-Q_1} = a

\frac{25 - 35}{35 - 30} = a

\frac{-10}{5} = a

- \frac{1}{2} = a

Then we solve for b:

35 = b - 1/2(25)

35 - 1/2(25) = b

b = 22.5

Last we build the demand curve

Q = 22.5 - \frac{1}{2}P

Lynna [10]

Answer:

$ 2,043.14

Explanation:

The shelf price for the two items are $924.95 and $12, 695.95

The total price for both will be

=924.95 + 12, 695.95

=$13, 620.9

A 15% discount on both equals to 15/100 x 13,620.9

A business consultant earns a flat fee for his work as well as an hourly fee. He charges his clients at a rate of $75 per hour.
Delicious77 [7]
Well...if he earns $75 an hour....and he worked for 20 hours...that's
75 * 20 which = 1500
Now it says he also earns a flat fee....since the question states he billed the client 1800...and he only earned 1500 of it...that must mean that his flat fee would be
1800 - 1500 = 300
So his flat fee is 300...and his variable charge...is 75x (75 dollars per hour)
in an equation...this would look like
C(x) = 75x + 300
