Hey there!

Here are some observations you can make to conclude this is a fish:

~Gills
~Fins
~Scales

These three things normally tend to only be on fish. However, reptiles may have some of these characteristics as well.

Hope this helps!

What portion of the electromagnetic spectrum is most absorbed by the chlorophyll pigments in the thylakoid membr?
vfiekz [6]
Chlorophyll is essential in photosynthesis, allowing plants to absorb energy from light. Chlorophylls absorb light most strongly in the blue portion of the electromagnetic spectrum as well as the red portion. The absorption spectrum of chlorophyll a alone underestimates the effectiveness of certain wavelengths in driving photosynthesis. This is partly because accessory pigments with different absorption spectra are also photosynthetically important in chloroplasts and broaden the spectrum of colors that can be used for photosynthesis.

slamgirl [31]
10% of energy is lost (to heat), for each level of the food chain. So the rabbit would have 500, the snake would have 50 and the hawk would have 5.

Gnesinka [82]
A vertebrate-animal embryo gives rise to the centrum. The centrum is a bone that is part of the vertebral column.
