r lives, so it is a good idea to have some knowledge of how to resolve conflict. Can you think of a time when you helped to resolve a conflict? Describe the conflict, the reasons for the conflict, the people involved, and the process used to overcome the conflict.

One time a conflict happened, it was between me and a friend. She did something I didn't like and in my eye it was disrespectful because I would never do that to her. We then got into an argument about it and I ended up stopping the argument, talking through it with her, and letting everything go. In the end, she didn't really mean it since she didn't even realize how I felt. This helped overcome the conflict.

Two people in class were arguing over whether it was humane to test on animals. One was saying it was not humane at all. Another said it was not humane, but the alternative is even less humane since we only have humans to test on if not animals. So I decided to go up and make a pro con list for each argument. The two came and agreed that testing is inhumane and scientists should try harder to find alternatives that involve artificial substances similar to human skin and organs rather than use humans or animals.
