Organisers of the very first Lake Garda race report that all but 500 of the 15,000 places has now sold out, just a month after t

hey was first released to the public. For anyone itching to be the very first winner, there are only days left to get your entry in. Prices range from £35 to £55, with riders attempting either of two challenges: a gruelling, 104-mile event that covers the most difficult terrain, or as lightly less testing, but no less enjoyable, 52-mile contest that winds its way along the scenic shores of Lake Garda on April 12th/13th. Starting near the port, both events will conclude in the picturesque lakeside town of Brenzone where the official awards ceremonies will occur. The first subject-verb disagreement: organisers reports. The second: all but 500 of the 15,000 places has sold out. The third: they was first released.

Answer:

The four subject-verb disagreements are:

Organizers/reports

places / has

They / was

awards ceremonies / will occur

Explanation:

Organizers is a plural noun and reports is a verb in a simple present sentence with the conjugation of the third person, places and has followed the same error since it is a plural noun with a third person conjugation, and this error continues to they and was, the last mistake uses two words in plural in the noun which is not possible since it should be the awards ceremony.
