Exercise has numerous health benefits. It conditions your heart and lungs and helps your body fight disease. Many people believe

that exercise can help you look better too. For example, cardiorespiratory exercises can slim your waist and strength-building workouts can enlarge your muscles. Stretching can shape and tone your body. Is having an attractive physique important? Why or why not? What dangers, if any, do you see in pursuing an ideal body type? What does an ideal body type for a man or a woman look like to you? What sources in your environment and social circles influence how you define ideal body type? Share a real-world story about how the pursuit of an appealing physique succeeded or failed for an individual. Borrow the story from the news or share an experience of your own.

Write about how having an attractive physique is somewhat important, because many people are quick to judge, and sometimes you won’t be offered a job, or you could possibly be laid off from a job if you don’t have an attractive physique. (especially in customer service, hospitality and health based fields). Also, talk about the attractive stars in Hollywood, and how you’ve been conditioned to think that the men and women seen in the media are the ideal. Finally, share a story about you or a family member/friend’s weight loss journey. Talk about what it was like for them, how it changed them, etc. I hope this helps!

Nookie1986 [14]

Answer:

Sunday -- start the week off strong, instead of 30 mins push for 45 to get that extra push or instead of 30 mins cut it to 15-20 mins of high intensity

Monday -- keep all of the workouts although add weights to build muscle faster

Tuesday -- make it 40 mins instead or keep it at 30 and go uphill

Wednesday -- resting is good, give your muscles time to recover

Thursday -- 20 min jog is perfect for a warm up, push your limits and double each workout, 20 push-ups? no. 40. 10 squats? no. 20. 25 curl-ups? no. 50.

Friday -- 30 min bike ride is good. Sprint as fast as you can to finish the week strong

Saturday -- one-hour walk is good though you should do this more frequently

To every exercise add weights.

Occasionally, an episode of food poisoning occurs which centers around processed ham, sausage, or salted pork. These episodes ar
Tamiku [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

Staphylococcus aureus is a bacteria that causes food poisoning and a range of other diseases. Staphylococcal food poisoning is due to the consumption of a toxin produced by S. aureus. The toxin is usually preformed in the food, which means, one need not ingest the bacteria before developing food poisoning.

An important characteristic of the toxin is that it is heat stable. Although the bacteria itself is not heat stable, once it grows in the food and produces the toxin, heat treatment is no longer effective, because even though the bacteria will be killed off, the toxin will remain.

Another characteristic of S. aureus is that it can tolerate high amounts of salt.

S. aureus is also a normal flora of the skin, so it is almost always present on the skin of animals used as meat.

Because the bacteria is salt tolerant, and its toxin is heat stable, it is often the culprit in foods that have been processed with heat and/or by curing (salting), as is the case with processed ham, sausage and salted pork.
