In this speech, President Bush is not just welcoming back the soldiers who have been away from home for so long, but he also explains the reasons for the deployment of these men and women towards foreign lands and also, in a sense, informs the people that the war against terrorism, especially Al-Qaeda, continues, as this organization is still very much alive and still posses a threath to America and the free world.
