1. The weakest section of Ms. Jackson's letter is the conclusion.

The language used in the conclusion is not as formal as a request to a superior should be. The word choice makes her request sound too familiar and informal. Also, instead of presenting herself as available at all times to answer any questions the reader may have, she states that she will communicate in a week, making her sound too self-assured and even smug.

3. Yes, I would hire Ms. Jackson.

Ms. Jackson portrais very convincingly all her abilities and qualifications for the job. She provides good references and names of officers that will attest to her adequacy for the possition. She also shows herself as a respectful, well educated candidate which would convince me to give her the job.

If the options are:

A. Viewers would have to infer the emotions and motivations of Ben and Regina.
B. Viewers would have to envision the physical descriptions of Ben and Regina.
C. Viewers would have to imagine the few props being used by Ben and Regina.
D. Viewers would have to visualize the actions and movements of Ben and Regina.

Then the right answer is A. In stage and film adaptations, there is no need for the viewers to envision physical descriptions, imagine props, or visualize actions and movements. They can already see all of that, as the directors have already taken care of it. We only have to visualize all these things when we read the play. However, inferring the inner enigmas of characters' motivations is still up to us.

People who have a positive work ethic embody certain principles such as the right attitude and approach towards the job, respect for other people, lively communication, reliability, constant productivity, a self disciplined character and the ability to cooperate with their collegues.
