From the choices given, we can already eliminate choice A because it deviates to the topic of the claim. The rest of the choices are related. Although, we have to select the most reasonable. Among them, the answer is: B.There are not currently enough charging stations in the United States to support large numbers of electric vehicles.

Choices C and D are not up for a scientific argument; it's more of an aesthetic preference or one that is not backed with scientific reason. Choice B is the one that makes sense and encourages argument against the claim.

Explanation:

The story of Satish is all about a community who is not wise and quarrels with each other on little disagreements. Satish saw two people fighting over their preferences of Idli or Dosa. Every person has his own food choices according to his taste but here people seems to disagree with the facts and starts arguing on pointless topics. There comes another man who thinks he is wise but makes a statement Dosa with chocolate, and here the argument continues. The only thing that helped stop the pointless arguments among the people of community was Satish's unintended laugh. The title that best suits the story is "A laugh stops pointless argument".

FromTheMoon [43]
The correct answer should be “it is not always stated overtly and is understood only by reading the whole poem”.

this is correct because the theme usually does not change itself, but there can be multiple themes analyzed. it is rarely stated overly and requires some analysis and understanding so as to find it.
